Start a New Filing

After creating an account, the system will guide you as you complete, submit, and pay fees for necessary filings. The range of forms includes:   initial registrations, annual/ 6-month reports, community benefits reports, or requests for extensions.

You can also update an organization’s address or name.

Manage Your Filings

You are able to save drafts of your filings as you go and return to complete them at your convenience. You can also view the status of open filings and see what tasks are outstanding.

Access Your Completed Filings

View all your completed filings in one location. After a filing is accepted, it remains accessible in your account for convenient reference. You can also download Letters or Good Standing.

Please note that registration and report filings are processed by the Charitable Trust Bureau in the order received, with priority given to those filings made through this online filing portal.
